All support emails will be answered within 24 hours on most of the occasions. At times, in case of delay, efforts will be made to answer support calls within 48 hours. Customers should send in their support questions to: Product support. Please mention the product name along with version name, in the e-mail subject field and include complete details of your retail license key and date of purchase of the product in the body of the message, for which the support is sought. When requesting product support, please also include the following information related to your query:
All of our customers are entitled to email based technical support for the purchased products, completely free of cost for a period of twelve (12) months starting from the date of purchase(s). You will need to purchase a support subscription from us if you need technical support for a period longer than the initial twelve months free support.
